    500- hour Personal Fitness Training Day Program

    Monday- Friday 9:00am- 2:30pm

    Completed in 1 term = 4 months

    500- hour Personal Fitness Training Evening Program

    Tues & Thurs 5:30pm- 10:00pm

    +1 speciality fitness event a month

    Completed in 2 terms = 8 months

    50- hour Nutritional Coaching Program

    Mondays 5:30pm- 10:30pm

    Completed in 1 course = 10 weeks

    50- hour Group Fitness Instructor Program

    Mondays 5:30pm- 10:30pm

    Completed in 1 course = 10 weeks

    The Personal Fitness Training Program is offered as full-time day program or part-time evening program three times a year:

    *Courses will run with 4 enrolled students.

    Summer Term: Starts May 4th, 2020. Closed

    Fall Term: Starts September 1st, 2020. OPEN
    Spring Term: Starts January 4th, 2021. OPEN
     
    The Group Fitness Instructor Program is currently offered as a part-time evening program once a year:
    *Course will run with 4 enrolled students.
    Spring Course: March 2nd- April 27th, 2020. Closed
     
    The Nutritional Coaching Program is currently offered as a part-time evening program once a year:
    *Courses will run with 4 enrolled students.
