Monday- Friday 9:00am- 2:30pm
Completed in 1 term = 4 months
500- hour Personal Fitness Training Evening Program
Tues & Thurs 5:30pm- 10:00pm
+1 speciality fitness event a month
Completed in 2 terms = 8 months
50- hour Nutritional Coaching Program
Mondays 5:30pm- 10:30pm
Completed in 1 course = 10 weeks
50- hour Group Fitness Instructor Program
Mondays 5:30pm- 10:30pm
Completed in 1 course = 10 weeks

The Personal Fitness Training Program is offered as full-time day program or part-time evening program three times a year:
